Wi-Fi Problems, Issues or Comments

Wi-Fi Public Testing

The New Mexico Rail Runner Express can use your help identifying problems with the Wi-Fi service. Please use the following procedures to help us. Also, please tell us what features you like or would like to have. Before reporting a problem please check the Wi-Fi system status using the link above to see if the issue(s) you encountered was previously identified and the status of issue resolutions. Thank you for your help.

Note: (If you can connect to the NMRX SSID but cannot get internet traffic, try deleting any saved connection settings that you may have for NMRX and retry to connect.)

To best assist in problem resolutions please provide us with the following information:

  1. The date and time of any problems.
  2. The train car number (at the end of each car).
  3. The brand and type of device you are using.
  4. The operating system/version and browser/version.
  5. The nature of the problem, such as no acceptance screen displayed, no visible SSID for NMRX, or lost/slow connection.
  6. Any other information that you think might be helpful.
