All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Tickets are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.  Tickets may be confiscated for misuse.

Seating is available on a first come - first served basis. Purchasing a ticket in advance online does not guarantee a seat.

How to Purchase a Ticket On-line

Step 1: Valid Date
Be sure to select the date you want to travel.  For monthly or annual passes, select the day you want your pass to begin.

Step 2: Origination
Select the station where you will start your trip.

Step 3: Destination
Select the station where you will end your trip.

Step 4: Ticket Type
Choose your ticket type.  The letter "D" stands for Discount.  Find out if you can travel for discounted fare.  If you qualify for a discount, be sure to use the drop-down menu to get the reduced fare.  Children under 10 ride FREE.

For example, if you qualify for a senior discount and you want a day pass, choose "D-day pass".  Proof of eligibility for the discount will be required when you get on the train.

Step 5: Name
Type in the first and last name of the passenger.  This will be printed on the ticket.

Step 6: Add Ticket
Click the "Add Ticket" button.

Step 7: Additional Passengers
Type in the first and last name of any additional passengers and click "Add Ticket" each time.

Step 8: Payment
Enter your credit card information.  Use only numbers - no spaces and no dashes.  We accept all major credit cards, except American Express.

Step 9: Process
Click the "Process" button

Step 10: Print
Be sure your printer is set up to your computer properly and print your ticket.  You can show this to the ticket agent on the train.
