Santa Fe Station Locations

Four new Rail Runner (stations) will be constructed in the Santa Fe area:

1. The Railyard Station north of Paseo de Peralta. This is an existing station. Improvements to this site are limited to the passenger loading platform to meet accessibility requirements.

2.South Capitol Station at the State Government Complex north of Alta Vista Street.

3. South Santa Fe Station at I-25 and NM 599. This station may not open right away in December.

4. A station platform will also be constructed at Zia Road and St. Francis Drive. However, this station will not be put into service until a site plan is developed and submitted for review and approved be the City of Santa Fe.

The stations located at NM 599 and at Zia Road were selected by Santa Fe local governments including the City, County, and Santa Fe Metropolitan Planning Organization.

Additional stations may be added in the future, including one in the I-25 median between Cerrillos Road and Richards Avenue. The location of additional stations will be decided by local governments.
