- Items found on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express will be turned in to the customer service center on Mondays and Fridays and are held for 30 days.
- When you call, please provide a detailed description of the lost property.
- To claim recovered property, please have a valid state issued ID.
- Recovered property may be picked up Monday through Friday.
