You may cancel your subscription at anytime by replying STOP to any text message you receive.
You will only be notified about delays that are 10-minutes or longer. Delays are considered approximate. Trains can make up time in route, so please arrive at stations several minutes before the new estimated departure.
During times of significant delays or cancelations, you may receive a recorded phone call with more specific information about the delay.
Your phone number will not be shared with any other parties. You will only receive information about delayed trains.
Text messages will only be sent during the Customer Service operating hours. Monday-Wednesday 5 a.m.-9 p.m., Thursday & Friday 5 a.m.-10:30 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m.-11:30 p.m. and Sunday 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
