New Mexico Rail Runner Express Photo Contest Winners

The New Mexico Department of Transportation and Mid-Region Council of Governments held a photo contest during the Summer of 2008.  A total of 13 photos were chosen as winning entries.  One for each month of the year and one for the cover.  These photos will be used in a 2009 Rail Runner calendar.  Thanks to everyone for participating.
