Customer Service Representative
The Mid-Region Council of Governments is accepting resumes for the
position of full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the
New Mexico Rail Runner Express and Job Access Transportation Program.
Hours and shifts will vary.
Candidates must have knowledge of administrative procedures
and operation of standard office equipment.
Working knowledge of a variety of computer software
applications in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation
software, email and internet. Ability to understand bus and train
service schedules and clearly articulate instructions and
directions. Knowledge of
train and bus operations preferred. Applicant must be confident in
communication and service skills and
comfortable with taking a high-volume of phone calls and able to
multi-task. Qualifications include High School diploma or
GED, three years of general office experience, and one year customer
service experience.
